Why does it say that my email address is not recognized or that I don’t have an account? I just signed up!
Once you've signed up to become a member of My Yarn Club, you'll receive an activation email with the subject line "Activate Your Yarn Club Account" - from here you can then set your password and log in to your account.
Why has my Activation email not arrived yet?
I’ve asked for an Activation email several times but I could never receive it. How do I activate my account?
There are a few email providers that sometimes encounter issues receiving our emails, ie. bigpond.com, AOL - due to very strict email settings. We suggest in this case, to change your registered email address to one from Gmail or Yahoo.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 24 hours of receiving them and ship them out to you. Depending on where you're located this typically takes 2-6 business days to have the yarn arrive at your home.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we sure do. We ship around the world :)
Can I cancel My Yarn Club membership anytime?
Yup, you bet! There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime you'd like. Simply send us an email at info@myyarnclub.com and we'd be happy to do that for you :)
Do you add new yarns?
Yup! We add new yarns regularly. We're always working with our customers to ensure that they have access to their favorite yarns.
Do I need a coupon code to get the discount?
If you have an active membership (Elite or Yarn Club Pro), just by logging in to your account you will already have automatic discount to all the yarns in our online shop.
I’m a Yarn Club Pro member, do I lose access after my 1 year membership?
Yes. If you would like to continue your access, you can opt to do that by signing up for our monthly membership for $19/mo - just send us an email letting us know at info@myyarnclub.com
I’m an active member but I can’t access any of the classes or see discounts on any of the yarns. What’s wrong?
If you encounter any of these, please contact us at info@myyarnclub.com so we can check your account and fix it for you.
I am already a member of CrochetU/MakerU/Dollar Yarn Club Elite. Do I need to sign up again to have access to the discounted yarns?
No, no need. You should have received an Activation email inviting you to access our new members’ site. If you didn’t receive one or lost it, just email us at info@myyarnclub.com so we can send you one.
I’m a paying member. I ordered some yarn but the automatic discount didn’t work, I was logged in to my account, too. What should I do?
I need to change my credit card, how do I do that?
Just send us an email at info@myyarnclub.com and we can take care of that for you.
I’m just a beginner in knitting/crochet are there any classes for learning the basics?
Yes! In either the Knitting or Crochet class pages, just click on the Browse the Resource Library button to take you to the videos so you can learn the basic skills.
How do I access the benefits from my Yarn Club Pro Membership?
I have a coupon code for free yarn, how do I use it?
The email you received with your coupon code provides you the link to where you can order your free yarn.
After you've chosen the color of your yarn/s, at Checkout you can paste or type in your coupon code in the Gift card/Discount Code box.
What's your Refund Policy?
We refund a charge as long as it is within 30 days of payment. Please make sure to contact us right away if you need a refund.
However, if the charge is related to an item that we already shipped out, our policy is for the item to be returned to us first, before we can issue the refund.
Why am I being charged double for my membership?
If you see double or multiple charges for membership, please email us right away at info@myyarnclub.com it is possible that you may have accidentally signed up twice or again via our newer yarn promos.
