I am incredibly excited to share this post with you today! I’m no stranger to crocheting a baby blanket. But this time I tried something different. Introducing my very first knitting pattern, the Easy Striped Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern.
After a couple of months playing around with various knitting styles, I ended up landing on combined knitting which is just that, a combination of Western and Eastern knitting styles. It feels much more natural to me as a crocheter as I hold the yarn in my left hand and the hand movements seem smaller and with less motion.
Once I finally settled on combined knitting, I had the confidence to try to make my first knitting pattern.
